Fighting discrimination and improving equity for vulnerable groups

E-WORDS Conference at Unitatea Executiva pentru Finantarea Invatamantului Superior

On the table the issue of vulnerable groups (especially Roma population) at EU and national level.

The event will address Romanian educators (both in the field of higher education and school education).

During the conference the following topics will be addressed:

1. The status quo at European level of vulnerable groups, in terms of legislation, recommendations and actual measures implemented, with a focus on Roma population.
2. The case study of Romania in terms of its National Roma Integration Strategy 2015-2020.
3. The social dimension of higher education, both at European Higher Education Area (EHEA) and national level.
